About these terms

These terms apply to your use of dwellyagents.com and to signing up for membership with Dwelly Realty Inc., Brokerage ("Dwelly"). By using the site or paying for a membership you agree to them. Your working relationship with the brokerage is governed by the Independent Contractor Agreement you sign electronically during onboarding. If these terms and that agreement conflict, the agreement applies.

Who can join

Membership is for real estate salespersons and brokers registered with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) who hold active membership with the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB). You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

Fees and payment

• Membership fees are shown in Canadian dollars on the site and at checkout, plus 13% HST. The amount you pay is shown before you confirm.
• Transaction fees apply per closing as described on the pricing section and in your agreement.
• The Intro Tier launch offer is a limited-time offer and its price is as stated at checkout and in your agreement.
• RECO's one-time registration transfer fee is charged by RECO and paid by you directly to RECO. Dwelly does not collect it.
• Card payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Refunds and cancellation

Membership fees are non-refundable once paid, and you confirm this at checkout. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation penalty to stop future renewals.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.

Information on this site

The content on this site is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Calculator results, rebate examples and comparisons with other brokerages are illustrative, based on the inputs shown and publicly available information as of the date stated, and may change. Please confirm details for your own situation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or platform, including trying to access other users' information, interfering with its operation, or using it for anything unlawful or contrary to RECO and TRREB rules.

Intellectual property

The Dwelly name, logo, site content and platform are owned by Dwelly or its licensors. REALTOR®, REALTORS®, MLS® and related marks are controlled by The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). You may not copy or reuse our materials except as your agreement allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Dwelly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and the site is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, including the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002 and the Electronic Commerce Act, 2000.
